What happens if the weather is bad?+
The ŻER boat is fully roofed and fitted with closing side walls that together form a sealed deck. The cruise takes place regardless of weather conditions — rain and wind do not affect comfort or safety on board.
How many people is the charter for?+
The charter is designed for intimate groups — up to 11 people on board. The space is exclusively yours, with no other passengers.
What is the cruise route?+
The standard charter runs through Żerański Port and the Żerański Canal — a unique route through the industrial-natural heart of right-bank Warsaw. For an extra fee we can run the cruise on the Vistula. Route details are agreed individually on booking.
Is catering or an open bar possible?+
Yes — we offer the option of catering and an open bar on board. The scope of services, menu and pricing are agreed individually at the booking stage, tailored to the nature and budget of your event.
How does booking and payment work?+
We accept bookings by phone or email. Once we agree on the date, route and scope of services, we require a deposit to confirm the date. The remaining amount is settled before or on the day of the cruise.
Can I fully personalise the cruise for my event?+
Absolutely — that's the essence of the charter offer. We assist with decoration arrangements, music selection, catering preparation and all additional services. Whether you're planning a company event, birthday or hen party — we'll tailor every detail.
