§ 1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at rejsy.waw.pl (hereinafter: the "Website").

Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with its provisions, please refrain from using the Website.
§ 2. Definitions
→ Website — the website available at rejsy.waw.pl together with all its sub-pages.
→ User — any natural person using the Website.
→ Administrator — Rosa Venti Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, owner and operator of the Website.
→ Contact form — a tool available on the Website enabling messages to be sent to the Administrator.
→ Services — electronic services provided by the Administrator via the Website, in particular providing information about cruises on the Żerański Canal and Vistula, and enabling booking and contact through the Website.
§ 3. Scope and conditions of use
The Website is available to all Users with access to the Internet. Use of the Website is free of charge.
3.1. Technical requirements
To use the Website correctly you need:
→ A device with Internet access (computer, tablet, smartphone)
→ An up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
3.2. Scope of services
Through the Website the Administrator provides the following services:
→ Providing information about cruises on the Żerański Canal and Vistula
→ Presenting cruise schedules and seat availability
→ Enabling cruise booking through the Website
→ Providing contact details and location information
§ 4. User obligations
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms of Service and the principles of social coexistence.
4.1. The User is obliged in particular to
→ Use the Website in a manner that does not disrupt its operation
→ Use the Website in a manner that is not burdensome for other Users or the Administrator
→ Not take actions aimed at circumventing the Website's security measures
→ Provide truthful data in contact forms
4.2. In particular it is prohibited to
→ Provide content that is unlawful, offensive or violates the personal rights of third parties
→ Use the Website to send unsolicited commercial information (spam)
→ Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website's resources
→ Copy, modify or distribute Website content without the Administrator's consent
§ 5. Contact form
The Website enables messages to be sent to the Administrator via the contact form available on the contact page.
To use the contact form the User is required to provide the required data, including name, e-mail address and message content.
The Administrator endeavours to respond to messages sent via the contact form within 3 business days.
Sending a message via the contact form does not constitute entering into a contract with the Administrator.
§ 6. Liability
6.1. Administrator's liability
→ The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Website operates continuously and correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website.
→ The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Website for maintenance or updates.
→ The Administrator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Website in a manner contrary to these Terms of Service.
→ The Administrator is not liable for the content of websites linked from the Website.
6.2. Limitations of liability
The Administrator is not liable for:
→ Interruptions in access to the Website caused by force majeure or third-party actions
→ Data loss caused by hardware failure, system failure or other circumstances beyond the Administrator's control
→ Damages arising from false or incomplete data provided by the User
§ 7. Copyright and intellectual property
All content on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos, videos and page layout, is the property of the Administrator or has been used with the consent of the rights holders, and is protected under applicable Polish copyright law.
Copying, distributing, modifying or using any content on the Website without the prior written consent of the Administrator is prohibited.
Trademarks, logos and trade names on the Website are protected by law and may not be used without the consent of their owners.
§ 8. Personal data
The Administrator processes Users' personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Provision of personal data by the User is voluntary, but may be necessary to use certain Website features (e.g. the contact form).

Any disputes arising from use of the Website shall be resolved by the competent Polish court.
These Terms of Service enter into force on 18 June 2026.
